C&C is a fine-grained engineered blend, well known for its excellent plasticity and fired properties. This extremely consistent blend is suitable for a wide variety of forming processes, where a high degree of plasticity is required, such as dry pressing, jiggering, ram pressing and casting.

Champion
A fine grained blend, Chamption produces excellent strength with good fired whiteness. Ideally suited for sanitaryware and dinnerware applications.

Gleason Clay
A fine-grained engineered blend offering excellent bonding and forming characteristics. Ideally suited for extrusion, dry and wet pressing applications.

SPCT #1 Airfloated
A fine-grained engineered blend designed to provide superior viscosity and color (raw and fired) consistency. Ideally suited for a variety of ceramic and non-ceramic filler and coating applications.

LS-2 Ball Clay
A coarse-grained blend designed for low deflocculant requirement, low carbon content and fast casting.

LB Ball Clay
A fine-grained blend engineered for high strength in cast or plastic formed ceramics.

Excelsior
Highly plastic ball clay blend designed for high strength at moderate specific surface area levels.

CP #7
A fine-grained engineered blend offering high Al2O3 percentage and excellent PCE characteristics. Excellent fired color an plasticity make this product ideally suited for refractory and dinnerware applications.

Coppen Light
A fine-grained engineered blend offering high Al2O3 percentage and excellent PCE characteristics. Excellent fired color and plasticity make this product ideally suited for refractory and dinnerware applications.

123
A fine-grained engineered blend with excellent green strength and fired color. Formulated with extremely low levels of carbon and sulfur. 123 is ideally suited in fast-fired tile and dinnerware applications.

New Foundry Hill Creme
An intermediate-grained engineered blend offering excellent moisture retention and plasticity properties. Ideally suited for a wide variety of stoneware applications and wet forming process.

Black Charm
A coarse-grained engineered blend offering a high degree of moisture retention, plasticity, and naturally occurring organics. Ideally suited for a variety of bonding applications.

Spinks Glaze A
A fine-grained engineered blend designed to provide excellent suspension, fired color, and film strength in a wide variety of ceramic glaze applications.

Spinks Glaze K
Spinks Glaze K Clay is a low carbon clay product that imparts stable, long term viscosity/rheological properties in glaze suspensions. Spinks glaze K has low iron and titania content along with a low residue level. Increased film strength of the glazed surface is an important attribute of this Spinks Glaze K Clay product.

Spinks Blend
A coarse to fine-grained engineered blend designed as the complete ball clay fraction of casting slip. This clay exhibits excellent rheological, casting, and firming characteristics while promoting green strength. Ideally suited for all casting applications.

Flo-TechTM Dry Blend
A coarse to fine-grained engineered blend offering the same clays as our patented Flo-TechTM slurry in a dry form. Ideally suited for customers wanting the performance of Flo-TechTM, but unable to receive slurry material.

Flo-TechTM Slurry
A premium-engineered slurry blend designed and patented to offer superior consistency, solids loading, and performance in slipcasting applications. Flo-TechTM is known for its excellent casting rate and firming qualities. Deflocculated with sodium polyacrylate.

Challenger II Slurry
This low organic premium blend combines very high plasticity and good casting rate using a proprietary dispersant system.

SPCT #1 Slurry
A premium-engineered slurry blend designed and patented to offer excellent rheological stability and raw color. Ideally suited for a wide variety of non-ceramic coating and filler applications.

SPINKS 105
Spinks 105 is a sodium polyacrylate dispersant used to deflocculate clay suspensions. Deflocculation results in a lowering of the viscosity of the clay suspension, which allows more solids (clay) to be introduced, thereby increasing the specific gravity and reducing the amount of water, absorbed by the plaster mold.

CASTMATE™ Ceramic Processing Additive
CASTMATE™ Ceramic Processing Additive is a specialty chemical formulated to increase the permeability of a water based slip/slurry system. Desired processing benefits are easily acheived by using the additive in proper levels.

MORMATE™ Ceramic Processing Additive
MORMATE Ceramic Processing Additive is a specialty chemical additive formulated to increase the green strength (Modulus of Rupture) of a water based slip/slurry system.
