Spinks is well known for providing

the technical capabilities of the Research and Development
and Quality Control Laboratories, Spinks has a group
of Ceramic Engineers. The engineers are highly qualified
and have many years of experience in the ceramic industries.
Ronald
J. Thomas
Technical Director
Ron has B.S. and M.S. of Science Degrees in Ceramic
Engineering from New York State College of Ceramics
at Alfred University. He served two years in the Army
Corps of Engineers. Ron has 17 years of experience in
sanitaryware process engineering, two years in kaolin
mining, production and technical service and since 1995
in ball clay development and technical service.
Michael
J. Brezina
Chief Ceramic Engineer/Technical Sales
Mike has graduated from the Pennsylvania State University
with a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering. He has 20 years
of experience in the sanitaryware industry with 15
years experience in pressure casting. Mike has been
with Spinks for 4+ years involved in development and
technical service.
Fred
Copeland
Plant Ceramic Engineer
Fred graduated from Clemson University with a B. S.
degree in Ceramic Engineering in 1976. Since January
of 1977 he has been with Spinks. His experience with
Spinks' clays is invaluable in providing our customers
with consistent, quality products.
Chris
Lombardo
Technical Sales Engineer
Chris Lombardo joins the H. C. Spinks Clay Company with more than 20 years
experience in technical sales and production in the ceramic tile industry.
For the last 13 years Chris worked in technical sales and service in the
ball clay industry concentrating on ceramic tile. Chris has been a member of
the American Ceramic Society since 1981. He has been a member of the Ceramic
Manufacturers Association for several years. Chris graduated from Rutgers
College of Engineering in 1981 with a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering.
